Ingredients

- 1 cupsugar
- 1 cupmilk
- ¾ cupoil
- 2 cupsself-rising flour
- 1 packetinstant vanilla pudding mix

Whip the eggs and sugar at maximum speed for 5 minutes.

Lower to low speed and gradually add the milk and oil.

Sift in the flour and pudding mix and fold gently so you don't lose the volume.

Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes.

עוגת וניל 4 ביצים כוס סוכר כוס חלב 3/4 כוס שמן שתי כוסות קמח תופח חבילת אינסטנט פודינג וניל מקציפים במהירות מקסימלית ביצים וסוכר ל5 דקות. מורידים את המהירות למהירות נמוכה ומוסיפים בהדרגה חלב ושמן. מנפים את הקמח פודינג ומערבבים בעדינות כדי לא להוריד את הנפח. אופים בתנור בחום של 170 מעלות ל30 דקות.
